How would you describe what you do in 1-2 sentences?
I run a platform, Fit With Dasha, through which I connect society to nutrition and exercise research. I educate and empower clients to overcome insecurities, be confident in their skin, and learn the facts behind the fads.
What are you really excited about right now?
I’m really excited to bring on a team this year to generate more content, collaborate with more companies, and help more people!
What’s your current biggest challenge?
Setting myself apart in a saturated market. Everyone is their own health and fitness guru with the best advice.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve gotten?
Be ok with being different, be ok with failure. Only you can be the best version of you, so be indefinitely you.
If you could go back in time and tell your younger self anything, what would it be?
Don’t be so stubborn. You’re wrong a lot.
If you had unlimited money, but only one day left one Earth, what would you do?
I would probably tell everyone to come over for a huge party. I wouldn’t want to waste time traveling anywhere. But I’d want to spend my last day with my family and friends. Oh and everyone has to bring the most delicious food they’ve ever had so I can make sure to try that all before I die too.
If you could meet anyone alive or dead, who would it be and why?
Hmm, this one is tough. I would probably say Tim Ferriss. The guy seems absolutely crazy, which would make for a fun experience to begin with, but he also knows one hell of a lot about personal development and health.
