We see them everywhere. We use them every day. And I’d bet money you have at least 10 in your pocket right now.
I’m talking about apps.
Our daily lives are powered by the apps we use.
And head hancho at Pioneer Mobile, Phil Scarfi, helps people take ideas and turn them into a mobile reality.
Now here’s Phil sharing some lessons learned while growing Pioneer Mobile.
How would you describe what you do in 1-2 sentences?
I help cool people bring cool ideas to life.
What are you really excited about right now?
I am really excited that we’re still a startup and have so much room to grow. The sky is the limit and the fact that there are a ton of people out there with great ideas and we can help them make it reality is AWESOME.
What is your current biggest challenge?
My biggest challenge right now is finding enough time in the day to work on and grow the business. There’s still so much to do, and so many hats to wear when you’re the owner (accounting, marketing, client development, project management, etc).
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve gotten?
Things aren’t going to happen overnight. You’ve got to want it all and keep powering through even when times are dark, it’ll be worth it in the end.
If you could go back in time and tell your younger self anything, what would it be?
Don’t be so shy. Go out meet new people, hear new ideas, and NETWORK NETWORK NETWORK!
If you had unlimited money, but only one day left on Earth, what would you do?
Donate a bunch, set up my family and friends to live a luxurious life, and knock out as much as I could on my bucket list.
If you could me anyone alive or dead, who would it be and why?
Marky Mark Zuckerberg! The guy is a savage.
Yea he created Facebook which connects the world like never before, but he doesn’t stop there. He infiltrates different industries and finds way to make the world a better place.
